Philip has over 40 years’ experience as a leading lawyer in litigation, banking, restructuring and insolvency, working at the highest levels of Australia’s leading financial institutions. Most recently he was Chairman of the Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority (NSW) before his current role as Chief Commissioner of the NSW Independent Casino Commission. Previous roles  include Chairman of Partners at Henry Davis York and he also conducted a mediation practice.  He was widely regarded as one of Sydney’s best mediators and a leading expert in dispute resolution.    Philip is Chairman of Juel and a member of the Credit Committee and legal review panel.
